RustDecay is a PvE (player-versus-environment) Rust community. There is no player-killing and no raiding, so you play against the environment, zombies and NPCs rather than other players. There are designated PVP monuments (e.g. Junkyard or Radtown) which are labeled when you visit them. Players are not lootable when entering these zones, but they can be killed.
No. RustDecay is a no-raid server. Your base and loot are protected, so you can build freely without losing your progress to raiders. If you want to, you can trigger your base to be raidable and have NPC raid your base - completely optional! Also, TWO days prior to wipe, the entire server becomes standard Rust - meaning that all bases can be raided and all players can be killed.

RustDecay runs 5x, 10x, 15x and 200x gather-rate servers, plus a Europe-hosted 15x server for low-ping play. Rates range from a relaxed boost to extremely fast progression.
Yes. Several RustDecay servers feature roaming zombies for PvE combat, including the 5x Zombie, 10x RPG and 200x servers. Headshots are helpful!
RustDecay adds a Skilltree (RPG) progression system, quests, in-game events, custom and legendary loot, a shop, roaming NPCs, virtual quarries, trading, loot protection and a leaderboard, all in a friendly PvE, no-raid environment. We also have many custom mods that offer a very unique experience.
Absolutely. With no raiding, no KOS, non-crashable Mini flying, and a helpful community and staff, RustDecay is one of the most beginner- and solo-friendly ways to play Rust. You can learn, build and progress without being wiped out by other players.

Yes. RustDecay runs an EU-hosted 15x server (eu15x.rustdecay.com), features and rules are the same as the main 15x, for low-ping play in Europe.
RustDecay is absolutely free to join. There is an optional store (store.rustdecay.com) with VIP perks, QOL items, and packages that help support the servers, but it is never required to have fun.
RustDecay wipes on the regular wipe schedule (first Thursday of each month). Join our Discord at discord.gg/rustdecay and check the announcements/wipe-schedyle-info channels for the exact next wipe date and time for your favorite server.
